Description: Through an agreement with the Ministry of Education, the team at the Educational Informatics Institute, of which I am a part of for this project, is developing a national-level training plan for K-12 teachers, aimed at equipping them with various active learning strategies using digital technologies.

We are employing the ADDIE model, where my role has been to develop the analysis and design stages for three different courses. Currently, we are in the development phase, and my current tasks include the specific development of a course for novice teachers. Additionally, I am coordinating with two other instructional designers, providing them with feedback. I am also responsible for developing all the formats for instructional script construction and have been holding weekly meetings with the counterpart to receive feedback.
